The falls are a collage of over 250 cascades, of many different sizes, from a metre or two wide to over 250 metres (800 ft) across, falling from as high as 80 metres (265 ft), spread out along a vast 2.7 km (1.7 miles) semi-circle. These falls are set in a natural, lucious, green tropical forest, all plants and vegetation growing vigorously, with few signs of civilisation. Birds, iguanas, lizards, butterflies, an occasional monkey. Declared World Heritage by UNESCO.

The Iguazu river marks the boundary between Argentina and Brazil, the falls are best enjoyed and appreciated by visiting both sides. Everybody enjoys a visit to Iguazu, a great experience at any time of the year.
